View group statistics
- In the left sidebar of the homepage, click on a group.
- At the top, click Statistics.
Within the dashboard, you will find the following reports divided into sections (sections marked with an ✔
can also be downloaded as a CSV):

The number of learners currently within the group.
On the bottom right of the section, click See all for a full list of learners in the group. |

User activity by courses played | ✔ |
The number of unique groups users who accessed at least one course on the platform within the specified date range, provided the users belonged to the given group at the time. This includes users who were later deleted from the group and those who played a course from other groups. You can click on the line chart to see the list of active users. To view this section:
If the group has subgroups, group admins can view data for specific subgroups, or compare data between subgroups:

User activity by connections | ✔ |
The average number of connections to the platform per active group user within the specified date range, provided the users belonged to the given group at the time. This includes the connections from deleted users. A “connection” is determined by a user accessing at least a single course anywhere on the platform. To view this section:

User activity by training time | ✔ |
The average time group users spent on courses within the specified date range, provided the users belonged to the given group at the time. This only accounts for users who started at least one course within the given period and were part of the group when they did. This includes users who were deleted from the group after the course. Note: In this graph, 1 day of training time equals to 24 hours. To view this section:

The top 3 most engaged learners based on number of posts, completed courses, and learning needs within the specified date range. Users are scored using the criteria below (individual user scores can be viewed in the downloaded CSV):
On the bottom right of the section, click See all to view the engagement of the other learners. |
Path sessions activity by attendance | ✔ |
The percentage of assigned path sessions that group users have started within the specified date range. A path session is considered started when a user performs an action on it, or finishes it within the specified date range. Attendance calculation:
Note: Attendance is based on the total number of path sessions assigned, not on unique users. Example: For a group of 10 members with 4 assigned path sessions (40 total enrollments), a 25% attendance rate means 10 of those 40 enrollments were started. To view this section:

Path sessions activity by completion | ✔ |
The percentage of assigned path sessions that group users completed, irrespective of the path success criteria, within the specified date range. A path session is considered completed when a user completes all mandatory steps, even if they did not meet all the success criteria, such as minimum score or time limit. Completion calculation:
Note: Completion is based on the total number of path sessions assigned, not on unique users. Example: For a group of 10 members with 4 sessions assigned (40 total enrollments), a 20% completion rate means 8 of those 40 enrollments were completed. To view this section:

Path sessions activity by success | ✔ |
The percentage of assigned path sessions that group users completed with all path success criteria met within the specified date range. A path session is considered completed with success when a user meets the following criteria:

Note: Completion with success is based on the total number of path sessions assigned, not on unique users. Example: For a group of 10 members with 4 sessions assigned (40 total enrollments), a 10% success rate means 4 of those 40 enrollments were completed with success. To view this section:

Activity per device | ✔ |
Percentage of users accessing the platform via desktop or mobile devices during the selected reporting period. Activity is defined as the initiation of a course, and the report tracks only the device used to start that course. For example, if a user begins a course on a mobile device and later resumes it on a desktop, only the mobile device will be recorded in this metric. |
Role breakdown | ✔ | Number of users in each role associated with the group. |
Collaboration by reactions | ✔ | The amount of and the type of reactions that have been received on courses within the specified date range, including the reactions of users who are now deleted from the group. |
Collaboration by comments | ✔ | The amount of comments that have been received on courses within the specified date range, including the comments of users who are now deleted from the group. |
Projects |
Number of Ongoing projects, Delivered projects, and Courses Created through projects. You can edit the dates in the top right fields to change the timeframe. |
Adjust the period of a report
You can adjust the reporting period within certain sections:
- User activity by courses played
- User activity by connections
- User activity by training time
- Most engaged Learners
- Activity by device
- Collaboration by comments
- Collaboration by reactions
Adjusting the reporting period will be reflected within the visual report on the dashboard and the downloaded CSV.
- Go to the report that you would like to adjust.
- At the top of the section, click the period Last 6 months.
- Select a preset period or click Custom dates and specify a period.
When selecting a custom date range, statistics are computed and displayed according to the following rules:

Download a CSV
You can download a copy of a report as a CSV. The period selected in the report is reflected within the downloaded CSV.
- Go to the report that you would like to download.
- In the top right corner of the section, click Download.
- Click DOWNLOAD.
