Send reminders to learners on mobile

This feature is available with the Mobile Advanced Solution. Contact your Account Manager to know more.

Session instructors can see send reminders to learners registered to their session, from the mobile app.

Send a reminder to all learners who haven’t finished a session

You can send a reminder to all learners registered to a session, who haven’t finished it yet.

1. On the bottom right, tap Profile.
2. Below the title of a session, on the right of SEE MORE, tap SEND A REMINDER.
3. Tap YES, SEND.

Send a reminder to specific learners in a session

1. On the bottom right, tap Profile.
2. Below the title of a session, tap SEE MORE.
3. On the bottom, tap USER BREAKDOWN.
4. On the right of the name of a user, tap the bell icon.
5. On the bottom right, tap SEND REMINDER.
6. Tap YES, SEND.
