This connector allows you to integrate KnowBe4 training elements into 360Learning. It imports training modules and assessments as external courses and synchronizes user learning history.
With this connector, you can:
- Import content: When the initial connection to KnowBe4 is first set up, a one-time sync will pull all of the courses owned on KnowBe4 into your 360Learning platform.
- Update content: Any newly purchased courses and any updates to your existing courses will then be automatically added to 360Learning but only after one of your learners complete the course or an updated course on the KnowBe4 platform.
- Synchronize learning history: User learning history is synchronized in near real time from KnowBe4 to 360Learning.
Note that courses imported into 360Learning cannot be launched directly. The play button redirects learners to the KnowBe4 home page (KnowBe4 does not provide direct links to courses).
