Export skills and jobs

This feature requires the Skills solution. For more information, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).

Platform admins can export skills, jobs, and jobs-skills (the association of skills to jobs).

Export skills

Platform admins can export the list of skills from their platform. This is useful when you want to edit skills in batch, and reimport them. The columns of the downloaded file match the required columns and format for the import.

1. At the top right, click Apps → Skills.
2. In the left sidebar, click Reports.
3. At the top of the main section, click New extraction.
4. In Extraction type, select Skills.
5. Click SUBMIT.

When the export is ready, click Download in the column DOWNLOAD LINK.

Export jobs

Platform admins can export the list of jobs from their platform. This is useful when you want to edit jobs in batch, and reimport them. The columns of the downloaded file match the required columns and format for the import.

1. At the top right, click Apps → Skills.
2. In the left sidebar, click Reports.
3. At the top of the main section, click New extraction.
4. In Extraction type, select Jobs.
5. Click SUBMIT.

When the export is ready, click Download in the column DOWNLOAD LINK.

Platform admins can export the list of jobs with their associated skills (often called "jobs-skills" for short) from their platform. This is useful when you want to edit jobs-skills in batch, and reimport them. The columns of the downloaded file match the required columns and format for the import.

1. At the top right, click Apps → Skills.
2. In the left sidebar, click Reports.
3. At the top of the main section, click New extraction.
4. In Extraction type, select Jobs-Skills.
5. Click SUBMIT.

When the export is ready, click Download in the column DOWNLOAD LINK.

Export training-skills

Platform admins can export the list of courses and paths with their associated skills and skill levels (often called "training-skills" for short) from their platform. This is useful when you want to edit training-skills in batch, and reimport them. The columns of the downloaded file match the required columns and format for the import.

1. At the top right, click Apps → Skills.
2. In the left sidebar, click Reports.
3. At the top of the main section, click New extraction.
4. In Extraction type, select Training-Skills.
5. Click SUBMIT.

When the export is ready, click Download in the column DOWNLOAD LINK.
