Export skills and jobs

This feature requires the Skills solution. For more information, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).

Platform admins can export skills, jobs, jobs-skills (the association of skills to jobs), and trainings-skills (the association of skills to courses and paths).

This is useful when you want to edit them in batch, and reimport them. The columns of the downloaded file match the required columns and format for the import.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Skills.
2. At the top, click the Data import tab.
3. On the top right, click Export data.
4. Select the type.
   • Skills
   • Jobs
   • Jobs-Skills
   • Trainings-Skills
5. Click Export data.

You will receive an email with the download link.
