Who can use this feature?

 When you publish a course in the catalog of a group:
- Any learner from that group can play the course as many times as they wish, outside any session.
- A post is automatically generated in the newsfeed of the group.
You can add up to 100,000 courses in a single catalog.
Publish a course in the catalog of multiple groups
- At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
- Click the course you want to publish.
- In the top right corner of the course editor, click SHARE.
- Optional: Use the search field to find the groups in which you want to publish the course.
- Under Catalog, select the checkbox next to each group in which you want to publish the course.
- At the bottom, click SHARE COURSE.
The course is published in the catalog of the selected groups. Group members can now play this course.
Publish multiple courses in the catalog of a group
- In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
- At the top of the group homepage, click Courses.
The page displays the courses that you can see according to your role permissions and that are either owned by the group, added to the group library, or published in the group catalog. - For each course that you wish to publish in the group catalog, switch the In catalog toggle to the on position.
- If you wish to publish a course that isn't displayed in this list, at the top right, click MORE ACTIONS → Add course(s) to this group, select the courses, and click SAVE.
The selected courses are published in the group catalog. Group members can now play these courses.
Publish multiple external courses in the catalog of a group
This feature requires the Curated Programs solution and the integration with an external content provider on your platform. Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) for more information.
The steps are similar to the standard way of publishing courses in a group catalog, but using the filter to display courses from external content providers.
- In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
- At the top of the group homepage, click Courses.
- At the top right, click MORE ACTIONS → Add course(s) to this group.
- At the top right of the dialog box, click Filter.
- Under Provider Source, select External courses only.
- At the bottom right, click APPLY.
- Under Catalog, select the courses you wish to add to the catalog of the group.
- Click SAVE.
The selected courses are published in the group catalog. Group members can now play these courses.
Remove a course from the catalog of multiple groups
- At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
- Click the course you want to remove from the catalog of multiple groups.
- In the top right corner of the course editor, click SHARE.
- Optional: Use the search field to find the groups.
- Under Catalog, clear the checkbox next to each group.
- At the bottom, click SHARE COURSE.
The course is removed from the catalog of the selected groups.
Remove multiple courses from the catalog of a group
- In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
- At the top of the group homepage, click Courses.
- For each course you wish to remove from the group catalog, switch the In catalog toggle to the off position.
The courses are removed from the group catalog.
Remove external courses from the catalog of a group
