Share a course in the library of a group

Who can use this feature?

  • Only clients with 360Learning Team and User Packs offers may add courses to the library of a group.
  • Platform administrators can share and remove courses from the library of any group.
  • Authors and group administrators can share and remove courses from the library of their group.

Adding a course to the library of a group allows:

  • Authors of the group to use those courses in their program templates and paths.
  • Coaches of the group to share those courses in their group catalog.

Authors and coaches may edit those courses only if they are co-authors.

You can add up to 100,000 courses in the library of a single group.

You can also add a course to the catalog of a group.

Add a course to the library of multiple groups

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
  2. On the right of the course you want to share, click pen.svg Edit.
  3. At the top right, click SHARE.
  4. Optional: Use the search field to find the groups you want to share the course with.
  5. Under Library, select the checkbox next to each group you want to share the course with.
  6. Click SHARE COURSE.

The course has been added to the library of the selected groups.

Add multiple courses to the library of a group

  1. In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
  2. At the top of the group page, click Courses.
    The page displays the courses that you can see according to your role permissions and that are either owned by the group, added to the group library, or published in the group catalog.
  3. For each course that you wish to add to the group library, switch the In library toggle to the on Switch.svg position.
    • If you wish to add a course that isn't displayed in this list, at the top right, click MORE ACTIONS Add course(s) to this group, select the checkbox next to each course under the Library column, and click SAVE

The selected courses are added to the group library.

Add multiple external courses to the library of a group

This feature requires the Curated Programs solution and the integration with an external content provider on your platform. Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) for more information.

  1. In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
  2. At the top of the group page, click Courses.
  3. At the top right, click MORE ACTIONS Add course(s) to this group.
  4. At the top right of the dialog box, click slider.svg Filter.
  5. Under Provider Source, select External courses only.
  6. At the bottom right, click APPLY.
  7. Under Library, select the courses you wish to add to the library of the group.
  8. Click SAVE.

The selected courses are added to the group library.

Remove a course from the library of multiple groups

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
  2. On the right of the course you want to share, click pen.svg Edit.
  3. At the top right, click SHARE.
  4. Under Library, clear the checkbox next to each group.
  5. Click SHARE COURSE.

The course is removed from the library of the selected groups.

Remove multiple courses from the library of a group

  1. In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
  2. At the top of the group page, click Courses.
  3. For each course you wish to remove from the group library, switch the In library toggle to the off Switch (1).svg position.

The selected courses are removed from the group library.

Remove multiple external courses from the library of a group

This feature requires the Curated Programs solution and the integration with an external content provider on your platform. Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) for more information.

  1. In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
  2. At the top of the group page, click Courses.
  3. Above the courses list, click slider.svg Filter.
  4. In the right panel, click Provider SourceExternal courses only.
  5. For each external course that you wish to remove from the group library, switch the In library toggle to the off Switch (1).svg position.

The selected courses are removed from the group library.
