What is the Engagement Academy?
The Engagement Academy is the training platform available to our customers. It enables administrators and authors to develop their skills in using the 360Learning platform's features via online training and webinar sessions.

Who can access the Engagement Academy?
- All administrators
- All authors (content creators)
How do I access the Engagement Academy?
- Send your CSP the list of users to be added (surname, first name, email address).
- Access will be activated within 72 hours.
- Each user will receive an email containing their login details (ID and password).
As the Engagement Academy is a separate platform from your customer platform, the login details are different. The email address used includes #academy before the @. Example:
- Usual email address:
ada.lovelace@ordi.org
- Engagement Academy email address:
ada.lovelace#academy@ordi.org
We also advise you to choose a dedicated password, different from the one you use on your customer platform.
Please note If you have a Team package, please contact Jillian Gaydos directly to request access.
Having trouble logging in? Consider:
- Check the PDF tutorial
- Check that the email is in lower case
- Make sure #academy is before the @
- Check that there are no spaces before or after the email address
- Clear your browser's cookies
- Forgotten your password? Click on “Forgot password” on the login page
