The user session duration is 30 days, on a given device, and counted from the time of the user's last login.
For example, if a user logs in on Nov. 1st, 2025, the session will initially expire on Dec. 1st, 2025.
Exceptions: When logging in with email/password without checking "Keep me signed in", or when using the "Login as this user" feature, the session expires when the browser is closed.
If a user logs in on device 'A', then tries to access the platform on device 'B', the user will be prompted to log in on device 'B'.
On the web platform, the user session relies on a cookie, which means that if a user logs in on a browser tab, then clears the cookies or tries to access the platform in a private navigation tab, they'll have to log in again.
