User session duration details

  • Updated

The user session duration is 30 days, on a given device, and counted from the time of the user’s last login.

If a user logs in on device A, and then tries to access the platform on device B, the user will have to log in on device B.

  • For example, if a user logs in on Nov. 1st, 2024, the session will initially expire on Dec. 1st, 2024.

On the web platform, the user session relies on a cookie, which means that if a user logs in on a browser tab, and then clears the cookies or tries to access the platform in a private navigation tab, they’ll have to log in again.
