Tips for writing efficient requests

We will do our best to offer a solution, regardless of your situation.

That being said, here are a few tips that you can use, which will allow us to help you faster:

  • Open one ticket per request. If you have questions about separate features, open a separate ticket for each one. This helps us sort and follow up on each request.
  • Search the Knowledge Base first, and tell us which articles you checked.
  • Explain what you were trying to do, what you already tried, and what happened. We may be able to suggest a workaround.
  • Give at least one specific example, even if the issue impacts several users or items:
    • If the issue is impacting a specific user, please include their email address.
    • If the issue concerns a course, path, or any other specific item in the platform, provide a link.
  • If you see an error code, write it down in the message.
  • Send us screenshots or video recordings showing the incorrect behavior.

Access your ticket history
