Contact the 360Learning Support team

Users with any role on top of learner can contact the 360Learning support team. Users with a free trial platform cannot contact support.

Note regarding mobile: we will fix bugs on the Android and iOS mobile applications, but not bugs happening when accessing the platform through a mobile web browser (such as Chrome or Safari on smartphone). We therefore strongly recommend installing the mobile application.

Contact the support team

  1. Connect to the platform.
  2. On the bottom left of any page, click ? Help Center.
  3. From the list, select Help Center.
  4. On the bottom right, click Leave us a message.
  5. Fill the form.
  6. Click Send.

You can also contact us directly with the form https://support.360learning.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

CC people in support tickets

You can add people in the CC field of a support ticket, if you send it from the dedicated form.

  1. On the top right of any page of the Knowledge Base, click Sign in.
  2. Enter the email address and password you used to contact us.
  3. Go to https://support.360learning.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
  4. Add the email addresses in the CC field.

Tips for writing efficient requests

We will do our best to offer a solution, regardless of your situation.

That being written, here are a few tips that you can use, which will allow us to help you faster:

  • If the issue is impacting a specific user, please include their email address.
  • If the issue concerns a course, program, path, or any other specific item in the platform, give us its link.
  • If you see an error code, write it in the message.
  • Send us screenshots or video recordings showing the incorrect behavior.
  • List the steps you took to reach your current situation.
  • Explain what you were trying to do; maybe we can suggest a workaround.

Access your ticket history

  1. On the top right of any page of the Knowledge Base, click Sign in.
  2. Enter the email address and password you used to contact us.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. On the top right, click on your profile picture, and click My activities.

If you forgot your password, click Get a password or Forgot my password in step 2.

If you have an error message, check that cookies are allowed.
