Cancel your Team subscription

If you use the Team plan, you can cancel your subscription and delete your entire account at any time.

If you use a Business plan, contact your Client Success Partner to cancel or manage your subscription.

Canceling your subscription will instantly deactivate and disable your platform, and stop your billing.

  1. Connect with the owner account of the platform.
  2. At the top right, click on your profile icon → Billing.
  3. At the top, click MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION.
  4. At the top right, click Cancel plan.
  5. Click Cancel plan again.

If you subscribed to the Team plan before January 11th 2022, the button at the top of the page is named CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION instead of MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION, but the steps are similar:

  1. Connect with the owner account of the platform.
  2. At the top right, click on your profile icon → Billing.
  3. On the top click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

Once your subscription is canceled, you can delete your platform data.
