Add tasks to a project

You can add tasks to keep track of the remaining actions before sharing a project.

  • In the CREATE tab, one task list is available per course.
  • In the REVIEW tab, one task list is available per created course.
  • In the SHARE tab, a unique task list is available.

Users with incomplete assigned tasks receive a weekly email notification reminder.

Add a task

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Projects.
  2. In the list of projects, click on a project.
  3. Click on a tab (CREATE, REVIEW or SHARE).
  4. Click ADD TASK.
    • Click on the title of a course to access its task list.
  5. Enter the name of the task, and click outside the field or hit the Enter ↵ key.

Assign a task to a team member

Assigning a task to a team member allows you to clarify who is responsible for what action. This will email the assigned user.

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Projects.
  2. In the list of projects, click on a project.
  3. Click on a tab (CREATE, REVIEW or SHARE).
  4. On the right of a task, click userPlus.svg Assign task and select a user.
    • If the task was already assigned, click on the profile picture of the assigned user and select a new user.

Add a deadline to a task

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Projects.
  2. In the list of projects, click on a project.
  3. Click on a tab (CREATE, REVIEW or SHARE).
  4. On the right of a task, click calendarCheck.svg Add a deadline to your task.
  5. Select a date.

To edit the deadline, click calendarCheck.svg Add a deadline to your task again and choose a new deadline.

Edit the name of a task

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Projects.
  2. In the list of projects, click on a project.
  3. Click on a tab (CREATE, REVIEW or SHARE).
  4. Click on the name of the task.
  5. Change the name. 
  6. Click outside the field or hit the Enter ↵ key.

Reorder tasks

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Projects.
  2. In the list of projects, click on a project.
  3. Click on a tab (CREATE, REVIEW or SHARE).
  4. On the left of a task, click the grip.svg icon to drag-and-drop it up or down.

Delete a task

You can delete tasks that haven’t been completed yet.

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Projects.
  2. In the list of projects, click on a project.
  3. Click on a tab (CREATE, REVIEW or SHARE).
  4. On the right of a task, click bin.svg Delete.
