Who can use this feature?

When you play a Udemy course from 360Learning, your journey begins on 360Learning while the content is played on Udemy, as outlined below.
For more information about how statistics are synchronized, see Track statistics for Udemy courses from your 360Learning platform.
Start a Udemy course
When you click START on the course homepage in 360Learning:
- You are redirected to the Udemy platform, where you can begin the course, provided you have the required permissions. Make sure to use the same email on both platforms.
- Your progress will be initially set to 1 % on 360Learning.
- On your 360Learning homepage, under the My work section, the course (or the path including the course) is moved to the In-progress training section.
- If the course is part of a path with linear progression, you must complete it on Udemy before proceeding to the next step in 360Learning.
- If the course is the last step in a path, you must finish it on Udemy to mark the path as completed on 360Learning.
-
Due to connector updates to improve how course progress and completion are tracked, you might notice some differences in data for Udemy courses launched before March 19th, 2025.
-
Before March 19th:
- Udemy courses launched from 360Learning were automatically marked as completed with 0% progress.
- When Udemy content was part of a program or path within the 360Learning platform, launching the content from 360Learning would instantly allow you to start the next program block or path step. This progression was independent of your progress on Udemy.
-
Impact of this update on courses started before March 19th:
- If you started a course on 360Learning before March 19th, and did not continue progressing in Udemy afterward, the course may remain marked as Completed in 360Learning with 0% progress.
- If you continue progressing in Udemy after March 19th, your progress and completion status will be updated accordingly.
-
Before March 19th:

The timing of progress and completion updates in 360Learning depends on whether webhooks are enabled on your Udemy platform:
- If webhooks are not enabled (default): Statistics are synchronized from Udemy twice daily.
- If webhooks are enabled: Statistics are synchronized to 360Learning in near real-time.
When you complete the course on Udemy:
- The course is marked as Completed in 360Learning after a few minutes. You may need to refresh the page to see the updated completion status.
- If the course is not part of a path, the course is moved to the Completed training section in your profile. To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the home page, then select Training.
- If the course is part of a path with linear progression, you may need to refresh the page to access the next step in the path. The statistics update happens in near real-time, but there could be a slight delay.
- If the course is the last step to be completed in a path, you may need to refresh the page after a few minutes to complete the path. The path is then moved to the Completed training section in your profile. To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the home page, then select Training.
Near real-time data synchronization involves a slight delay, typically in seconds or minutes, depending on network latency and processing constraints. Users may need to refresh the page after a few minutes to see the updated statistics.
