The Apple Developer Enterprise Program lets large organizations build and share internal apps with their employees. Use it when you need to share apps privately with employees through internal systems or MDM, and when the App Store, Apple Business Manager, Ad Hoc, and TestFlight don’t fit your needs.

Eligibility (paraphrased):
The program is for internal apps only. You must build the app yourself for Apple platforms.
Your organization must also:
- Have 100 or more employees.
- Be a legal entity. DBAs, trade names, and branches are not accepted.
- Build apps for internal use only and share them only with your own employees.
- Make sure only your employees can access the apps. Keep your membership credentials secure.
- Pass Apple’s verification interview and ongoing review.
