Share your Apple Developer Enterprise Program account with 360Learning

  • Updated

These steps are performed outside 360Learning by whoever manages your organization's developer accounts.

Requirements for Apple Enterprise Distribution

To enable 360Learning to generate and sign your internal iOS application, please complete the following steps:

1. Grant admin access to your Apple Developer Enterprise account

Provide 360Learning with admin-level access to your Apple Developer Enterprise account so we can manage certificates and app signing.

2. Ensure certificate availability

Apple limits the number of active distribution certificates per account.

Before we begin, please verify that at least one certificate slot is available in your Apple Developer console.

If all certificate slots are already in use, one must be revoked before we can generate a new distribution certificate.

3. Provide an admin-level API key

Please generate and share an admin-level API key to allow secure automation of the signing and delivery process.

4. Confirm delivery email address(es)

Share the email address(es) where the signed application file (.IPA) should be delivered.

  • âś… Enables automation of most of the signing and delivery process
  • âś… Reduces manual steps and risk of errors
  • âś… Ensures a reliable and maintainable long-term setup

How delivery works

We deliver the app as an .IPA file (the iOS application package format) by sending it via email to the address(es) you provided.

This delivery is automated and occurs alongside our standard process for applications submitted to the App Store.

Once the app has been generated and signed, the designated recipients will receive an email containing the .IPA file and relevant installation details.

The email you will receive looks like this:

Click the link in the email, which redirects you to a secure Bitrise page (our platform for distributing build files).

From there, you can download the application by either:

  • Clicking “Download .ipa file”
  • Scanning the provided QR code

Once downloaded, the file can be distributed internally to learners via your preferred method (for example, MDM, or internal portal).

⚠️ The Bitrise link is intended for IT or administrative teams only and should not be shared directly with end users.
