This solution, powered by Workato, allows you to generate and distribute a report on path performance statistics from your 360Learning platform without including any user-specific data.
Delivered as a CSV file, the report displays one line per path, with the following metrics:
- Path ID
- Path name
- Number of registrations
- Number of learners who have started the path
- Participation rate
- Number of learners who have completed the path
- Completion rate
- Average time spent
- Average progress
- Average score
You can configure the report to be generated on a custom schedule and delivered via email to predefined recipients or uploaded to a server (sFTP/S3 bucket).
