Synchronize paths and path enrollments with Cloudshare

Who can use this feature?

  • This feature requires the Cloudshare connector, which is part of the Tech Services catalog and has a separate pricing. Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) for more information.

The Cloudshare connector syncs paths and path enrollments from 360Learning to Cloudshare every day.

This connector uses Workato as middleware between the two platforms. It provides two features:

  • Content export: Paths in your 360Learning platform sync as Training Experiences in Cloudshare, whether self-paced or instructor-led.
  • Assignment export: Users enrolled in a self-paced or instructor-led path in 360Learning are enrolled in the matching Training Experience in Cloudshare. This happens automatically.
