Download OPCO attestations for a program session

This feature is not activated by default on new platforms. Contact your CSP to know more.

Session instructors can download the list of OPCO attestations for all learners who played the session.

The attestations are generated in the PDF format. They contain the details of all assessments and courses for the session, as well as the log history for all connections to the session, time spent, and score.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM SESSIONS
  3. Click on a program session
  4. On the bottom of the page, click GENERATE THE ATTESTATIONS
    • Optionally, edit the Training organization’s logo, the Stamp and signature of the manager of the training organization, the Training organization’s name, the Legal representative of the training organization, the Duration of training sessions, and the Footer.
  5. Click OK

When the attestations are generated, click DOWNLOAD.

Download OPCO statistics for several sessions

OPCO statistics track the connection duration of users on program sessions.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. On the top right, click Download (icon of an arrow pointing down)
  3. In Granularity, select OPCA logs
  4. Optionally, filter by date, user, group, session, and custom field
    • By default, the export contains all users, groups, sessions and custom fields
  5. On the bottom right, click DOWNLOAD NOW

You can also click RECEIVE BY EMAIL to receive a download link for the file by email. We recommend that option if the direct download takes too much time.
