Download OPCO attestations for a program session
This feature is not activated by default on new platforms. Contact your CSP to know more.
Session instructors can download the list of OPCO attestations for all learners who played the session.
The attestations are generated in the PDF format. They contain the details of all assessments and courses for the session, as well as the log history for all connections to the session, time spent, and score.

Download OPCO statistics for several sessions
OPCO statistics track the connection duration of users on program sessions.
- In the left sidebar, click

You can also click RECEIVE BY EMAIL
to receive a download link for the file by email. We recommend that option if the direct download takes too much time.

Breakdown of an OPCO export file
The downloaded file will display one line per connection per user per course per program session (in other words: the time spent by each user, on each course of a program session; if the user left a course and resumed it later, the file will show two lines), with the following columns.
- Last name: last name of the user.
- First name: first name of the user.
- Email: email of the user.
- User Custom Field: title of the custom field (one column per custom field, ordered alphabetically). All custom fields are displayed by default, unless filtered in the export popup.
- Additional information: contents of the field Additional information in the user profile.
- Labels: list of the user's labels, separated by a comma.
- Session: name of the session.
- Session ID: unique identifier of the session.
- Program template: name of the program template.
- Program template ID: unique identifier of the program template.
- Course: name of the course.
- Connected: date and hour when the user connected to the course (with the format
DD/MM/YYY HH:MM
). - Disconnected: date and hour when the user left the course, or completed it (with the format
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM
). - Time spent: difference in hours between the time the user connected to, and disconnected from, the course (with the format
DD:HH:MM
).
