Add a path session to the Catalog

Administrators and coaches of the group owning the path session can share it in their Catalog.

Adding a path session to the Catalog of a group allows learners from that group to play the path session without being enrolled, once the path session has started.

Learners who self-enroll in a path session in their Catalog can withdraw from it.

If the path contains a program template, do not forget to assign learners to one of its sessions (or add it to their Catalog). Otherwise, they will not be able to complete the step.

If the path contains another path, do not forget to enroll learners in one of its path sessions (or add it to their Catalog). Otherwise, they will not be able to complete the step.

Add a path session to the Catalog of several groups

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PATHS
  3. On the right of the name of a path, click Edit (pen icon)
  4. In the section Sessions list, on the bottom of a session, click Share this session
  5. In Catalog, click + with the number of registered groups
  6. Select the groups
  7. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM
  8. Click PROCEED

Add several path sessions to the Catalog of a group

  1. In the left sidebar, click on a group
  2. At the top right of the group page, click ... > Settings
  3. Click the section COURSES & PROGRAMS
  4. On the left, click Catalog > Path sessions
  5. On the top right, click +
  6. Select the path sessions
  7. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM
