Coaches and administrators can see the statistics of their groups.
View group statistics
- At the top of the homepage, click Groups.
- Click on a group.
- At the top, click Old dashboard.
The dashboard shows the following elements:

General
- Users: Number of users in the group.
- Coaches: Number of coaches in this group.
- Connections per month: Number of non-unique connections per month (a user connecting twice to the same course counts as 2)
- Attendees in session: Number of participants in at least one session per month (users have to click Start to count).
- Total training time: Total amount of time spent by all users on programs and courses, for every month.
- Average training time per user: Average training time per group user for each month.

Subgroups
- Lists the Name, Program count, User count, and Creation date of subgroups.
- Click the subgroup row to go to that group's general statistics page.

Learners
- Lists the First name, Last name, Time spent on training, and Last activity date for group learners.
- Click the learner row to go to their results page.

Projects
- Shows the number of Ongoing projects, Delivered projects, and Courses Created through projects.
- Shows the weekly average of ongoing projects.
- Edit the dates in the top right fields to change the timeframe.

Learning Needs
- Shows the number of Declared learning needs.
- For more information on learning need statistics, go here.

Programs
- Ongoing sessions: Number of ongoing sessions per month. The sessions taken into account are the ones which were in progress at some point during the given month.
- Blended learning: Distribution between 100% online sessions and sessions with in-person classrooms.
- Attendance rate (last 12 months): Percentage of users that started a program session.
- Completion rate (over the last 12 months): Percentage of users that completed a program session.
- Success rate (last 12 months): Percentage of users who successfully completed a program session.
- Lists the Name, number of Learners, Attendance rate, Progress, and average Score for program session.
- Click the radio buttons at the top to switch between In Progress, Finished, and All program sessions.

Main skills

Average score of questions and assessments by skill: Score obtained by skill, on a scale of 0 to 100%. For a given skill, the score is the average between question activities and assessment scores of the questions and assessments tagged with this skill.
- Hover over any branch of the chart to view the details of each of these scores.
- Work by skill: Number of answers and assessments per skill.
- Hover over the skill to view the score obtained for that skill.
- Skills: Lists the Name, Training score, Assessment score, and Average score for group skills.

Paths
- Lists the Name, Progress, Time spent, Score, and number of Learners for all the paths unlocked by your group learners.

Collaborative Activity
- Publications: Number of messages posted in newsfeeds.
- Comments: Number of messages posted in the courses' forums by learners, and replies to learners' publications.
- Reactions: Number of reactions.
- Lists the number of Publications, Comments, and Reactions per learner.
Download the list of groups
You can download the list of all groups in the platform, with their hierarchy level, and registration links and security codes if they have them.
- At the top of the homepage, click Groups.
- On the top right, click
Download.
- Click DOWNLOAD.
The downloaded file shows one line per subgroup, with the following columns:
- Group: name of the group.
- Programs: number of assigned sessions to the subgroup.
- Users: number of members in the subgroup.
- Creation date: date and time when the subgroup was created in the ISO 8601 format.
- Additional information: value of the field Additional information in the Settings section of the subgroup.
- Id: unique identifier for the subgroup.
If a group in the list has self-enrollment enabled, the downloaded file also shows the columns Registration link and Security code.
Download the list of groups directly below a specific group
You can download the list of subgroups below a specific group.
- At the top of the homepage, click Groups.
- Click on a group.
- At the top, click Old dashboard.
- In the section Subgroups, on the top right, click
Download.
- Click DOWNLOAD.
The downloaded file shows one line per subgroup, with the same columns as the export for all groups.
Download the list of learners of a group
- At the top of the homepage, click Groups.
- Click on a group.
- At the top, click Old dashboard.
- In the section Learners, on the top right, click
Download.
- Click DOWNLOAD.
The downloaded file shows one line per subgroup, with the following columns:
- « First name »: first name of the user.
- Last name: last name of the user
- Email: email of the user.
- Title / Employment: value of the field Title / Employment in the personal settings of the user.
- Additional information: value of the field Additional information of the user, accessible from the menu USERS → Active members of the subgroup settings.
- Time spent: total amount of time spent in courses.

Last activity: day and hour of the last activity in a course, in the format
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM

Download the statistics of skills linked to a group

View and download the statistics of paths linked to a group
You can download the list of paths in which a group was enrolled.
- At the top of the homepage, click Groups.
- Click on a group.
- At the top, click Old dashboard.
- In the section Paths, on the top right, click
Download.
The downloaded file shows one line per path, with the name of the path and the number of enrolled Learners.
View and download the collaborative activity of a group
- At the top of the homepage, click Groups.
- Click on a group.
- At the top, click Old dashboard.
- In the section Collaborative Activity, on the top right, click
Download.
The downloaded file shows one line per user, with the following columns:
- « First name »: first name of the user.
- Last name: last name of the user.
- Email: email of the user.
- Additional information: value of the field Additional information of the user, accessible from the menu USERS>Active members of the group settings.
- Publications: posts made by the user in the section Messages of a group, a session, or profile page of a user. Replies to posts are not counted.
- Comments: posts and replies made by the user in the contextual forum of a course, a Learning Need, or a Project, as well as replies made by the user in the section Messages of a group, a session, or profile page of a user.
- Reactions: reaction made by the user in courses' activities, and likes on posts.
View and download the collaborative activity of several groups
You can view the number of users, publications, comments and reactions per group in the Dashboard.
- At the top of the homepage, click Collaborative Activities
- Open the Groups tab.
- On the top right, click
Download.
Download list of managers tied to group learners
Platform and group administrators can export a list showing all the managers assigned to learners in their group.
- In the left sidebar, click on the platform group.
- At the top right of the group page, click
Settings.
- Go to the USERS tab.
- On the top right, click
Download.
- Click EXPORT MANAGERS / MANAGEES.
The downloaded file displays one line per duo manager/managee (if a user has three managers, the file displays 3 lines), with the following columns:
- Managee’s email: email address of the managee.
- Manager’s email: email address of the manager.
