Create a program session

Creating a session requires having previously created a program template.

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Program templates.
  2. On the right of the program template row, click +.
  3. In the section Session, click From and select a start date.
  4. In the section Session, click To and select an end date. End dates of completed sessions cannot be extended.
  5. If the session contains a Classroom slot, enter the start and end dates, and the address. For more information, see the settings of a Classroom slot.
  6. If the session contains an Email block with a mailing date, enter the date.
  7. On the bottom, click PUBLISH THE PROGRAM SESSION.

Once your session is created, you can assign users.
