Creating a session requires having previously created a program template.
- At the top of the homepage, click Program templates.
- On the right of the program template row, click +.
- In the section Session, click From and select a start date.
- In the section Session, click To and select an end date. End dates of completed sessions cannot be extended.
- If the session contains a Classroom slot, enter the start and end dates, and the address. For more information, see the settings of a Classroom slot.
- If the session contains an Email block with a mailing date, enter the date.
- On the bottom, click PUBLISH THE PROGRAM SESSION.
Once your session is created, you can assign users.
