Create a program session

Creating a session requires having previously created a program template.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard.
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES.
  3. On the right of the program template line, click Create new session (« + » button).
  4. In the section Session > Dates, select a start and end date (note: end dates of completed sessions cannot be extended).
  5. If the session contains a Classroom slot, enter the start and end dates, and the address.
  6. If the session contains an Email block with a mailing date, enter the date.
  7. On the bottom, click PUBLISH THE PROGRAM SESSION.

Once your session is created, you can assign users.
