Enroll learners in a path session

Enrolling learners in a path session will allow them to play the path.

If the path contains a program template, do not forget to assign learners to one of its sessions (or add it to their Catalog). Otherwise, they will not be able to complete the step.

If the path contains another path, do not forget to enroll learners in one of its path sessions (or add it to their Catalog). Otherwise, they will not be able to complete the step.

  • Platform administrators can enroll any user or group, to any path session.
  • Group administrators and coaches enroll members of their groups to path sessions that belong to their group.
  • Instructors can enroll members of groups in which they have an administrator or coach role, in their path sessions.

You cannot enroll a user to more than one open session of the same path; unenroll them from their current path session first (or ask them to withdraw from the path session, if they self-enrolled from the Catalog).

Enroll individual users

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PATHS
  3. On the right of the name of a path, click Edit (pen icon)
  4. In the section Sessions list, on the bottom of a session, click Share this session
  5. In Enrollment, click + with the number of registered learners
  6. Select the users
  7. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM
  8. Click PROCEED

Users are then automatically enrolled to the path session, and receive an email notification (except if they have already completed all steps in the path). Depending on the session start date, they can click the link to either start or preview the path.

Enroll groups

Enrolling a group will enroll all learners of that group in the path session. New learners of the group will automatically be enrolled in the path session as well.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PATHS
  3. On the right of the name of a path, click Edit (pen icon)
  4. In the section Sessions list, on the bottom of a session, click Share this session
  5. In Enrollment, click + with the number of registered groups
  6. Select the groups
  7. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM
  8. Click PROCEED

Self-enroll to path sessions

If you Add a path session to the Catalog, learners can self-enroll to path sessions.

    1. Got to your group page
    2. Click the path you want to sign up for
    3. In the Next sessions section, click ENROLL
    1. Go to Discover
    2. Search for the path
    3. Click REGISTER
