Share a course in the Catalog

Only clients with 360Learning Team and User Packs offers may add courses to the Catalog.

Coaches and group administrators can add courses to the Catalog of their group. Platform administrators can add courses to the Catalog of any group.

Adding a course to the Catalog of a group will allow any member from that group to play the course as many times as they wish, outside any session.

Adding a course to the Catalog will generate a post in the newsfeed of the corresponding group.

You can add up to 100,000 courses in a single Catalog.

Add a course to the Catalog of one or several groups

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
  2. Click the course you want to share.
  3. In the top right corner of the course editor, click SHARE.
  4. (Optional) Use the search field to find the groups you want to share the course with.
  5. Under Catalog, select the check box next to each group you want to share the course with.
  6. Click the SHARE COURSE button.

The course is added to the Catalog of the selected groups. Group members can now play this course.

To remove a course from group Catalogs, follow the same steps but clear the check box at step 5.

Add several courses to a group Catalog

  1. In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
  2. At the top right of the main section, click settings.svg Settings.
  3. On the top left, click Library & Catalog.
  4. On the left, click Catalog → Courses.
  5. On the top right, click +.
  6. Select the courses.
  7. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM.

The selected courses are added to the group Catalog. Group members can now play these courses.

Remove courses from the Catalog

  1. In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
  2. At the top right of the main section, click settings.svg Settings.
  3. On the top left, click Library & Catalog.
  4. On the left, click Catalog → Courses.
  5. On the top right, click +.
  6. Unelect the courses.
  7. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM.

Remove external courses from the Catalog

You can exclude certain external courses from the Catalog, after having activated an integration from an external content provider.

The steps are similar to the standard way of removing courses from a Catalog, but using the filter to display only courses from external content providers.

  1. In the left navigation panel, click on a group.
  2. At the top right of the main section, click settings.svg Settings.
  3. On the top left, click Library & Catalog.
  4. On the left, click Catalog → Courses.
  5. On the top right, click +.
  6. At the top right, click Filter.
  7. In the section Provider Source, select External courses only.
  8. Click on the section External providers that appears below, to expand it.
  9. Select the external provider.
  10. At the bottom right, click APPLY.
  11. Unelect the courses.
  12. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM.
