Add requirements

Requirements determine whether a Learner sees a course or session in the Catalog, based on the courses, programs or paths they have already played.

Validation conditions for requirements:

  • for a course: reach 100% progress;
  • for a program template: reach 100% progress on one of the template’s sessions, and having reached the minimum score on all courses in Exam mode, and passed all assessment steps;
  • for a path: obtain the path.

Being assigned to a session takes precedence over requirements: a Learner who is assigned to a session will be able to play the session and all its courses, even if they haven’t met the requirements (on either the session or the courses).

Add requirements to a course

Only clients with 360Learning Team and User Packs offers may add courses to the Catalog.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click COURSES
  3. Click on a course
  4. On the top right, click Course Settings (icon of a cog)
  5. Below Requirements, click COURSE, PROGRAM TEMPLATE, or PATH
  6. Select the elements, then click CONFIRM

You can remove the elements by clicking X on the right of their name in the list.

Add requirements to a session

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM SESSIONS
  3. On the right of the name of a session, click Edit (pen icon)
  4. In the section Session general properties, click Advanced options
  5. On the right of the line Requirements, click + to add courses, program templates or paths as requirement
  6. Select the items, then click CONFIRM

Add requirements to a program template

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template
  4. Click Advanced options
  5. On the right of the line Requirements, click + to add courses, program templates or paths as requirement
  6. Select the items, then click CONFIRM
