Adding a program session to the Catalog of a group allows members from that group to play the session without being invited.
If the session contains a Classroom slot with a maximum number of seats, learners can still register to the session if all Classroom slots are full, but they will not be able to attend the Classroom slot.
A session from the Catalog may only be played once.

Automatically add sessions to the platform group's Catalog
Through advanced settings, platform administrators can automatically add newly created program sessions and path sessions to the platform group catalog (regardless of the permissions of the user creating the session).
- In the left sidebar, click on the platform group.
- At the top right, click ... → Settings.
- On the left, click Advanced.
- Scroll down to the Content visibility section.
- Check the box Path and program sessions are in the main group's catalog.
This is a unique option for both program sessions and path sessions. If you had previously activated the option for program sessions, it now applies to path sessions as well.
The option is not retroactive. Only sessions created after the box is checked will be added to the platform group catalog.

When the limit of Learners is reached, Learners trying to register are added to a waiting list. You can check the waiting list, and email users, by clicking see details
below Waiting list
the session's stats page.
A seat becomes available if a Learner clicks Free my seat
in the session homepage, or if a session Instructor unassigns a self-registered user. A notification is then sent to the first person in the waiting list.
