View session statistics in the platform

The platform dashboard for a session displays:

  • the number of total registrations to the session;
  • the number of open registrations (from the Catalog);
  • the number of Learners in the waiting list;
  • the number of attendees;
  • the progress by course;
  • the number of users who completed the session;
  • the median time to complete the session;
  • the average score for the session;
  • the number of certificates delivered;
  • the score by block;
  • the distribution of levels;
  • the detailed results by group;
    • column Users: number of group members;
    • column Attendance: percentage of users who clicked Launch in the session homepage;
    • column Progress: average completion rate of attendants;
    • column Score: average score of attendants;
  • the detailed results by user;
  • the detailed results by block.

View the statistics of a specific session

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM SESSIONS
  3. Click on a session

View the statistics of all sessions linked to a program template

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. On the right of the name of a program template, click Results and statistics (icon of histogram bars)

View the statistics of all sessions assigned to a group

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click GROUPS
  3. Click on a group
  4. Scroll down to the section Programs

Download session statistics

You can export the statistics of one or several sessions in the CSV format.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM SESSIONS
  3. Click on a session
  4. On the top right, click Download (icon of an arrow pointing down)
  5. In the section Users - Groups, click + to filter per user or per group (by default, all users and all groups are selected)
  6. In the section Sessions, check Select then click + to filter per session (by default, all sessions are selected)
  7. On the bottom right, click DOWNLOAD NOW

You can also click RECEIVE BY EMAIL to receive a download link to the file by email. We suggest using this option if the file takes too long to download directly.

Download the statistics of sessions linked to a program template

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. On the right of the name of a program template, click Results and statistics (icon of histogram bars)
  4. On the top right of the section Individual results, click Download (icon of an arrow pointing down)

The export interface will automatically select all sessions linked to the program template.

Breakdown of a session export file

The downloaded file will display one line per Learner (for all Learners who were assigned to the session, even those who have been unassigned since), with the following columns:

  • Last name: last name of the user;
  • First name: first name of the user;
  • Email: email of the user;
  • User Custom Field: any custom field you have added to the platform will have a column;
  • Additional information: contents of the field Additional information in the user profile;
  • Labels: list of the user’s labels, separated by a comma;
  • Managers: emails of the user’s managers, separated by a comma;
  • Deleted user: date when the user was deleted (the cell is empty if the user is active);
  • Session: name of the session;
  • Session ID: identifier of the session (string of characters);
  • Program template: name of the program template corresponding to the session;
  • Program template ID: identifier of the program template corresponding to the session (string of characters);
  • Instructors: emails of users who were added as Instructors to the session;
  • Registered user: indicates with an "x" that the user is assigned to the session (cell is empty if the user was unassigned to, then unassigned from the session);
  • Score: score of the user on the session, in percentage. If the user made several attempts on a course, only the last attempt is taken into account.
  • Progress: completion rate of the user on the session, in percentage;
  • Start: date and hour when the user started the session (if the first block of the session is a course, the duration is tracked from the moment when the user clicks on the button Start in the course’s welcome page);
  • End: date and hour of the last activity of the user on a course of the session;
  • Verified program: indicates with an "x" that the user has a 100% completion rate on the session, and has reached the minimum score on all courses in Examination mode, and passed all assessments;
  • Total time spent: total time spent by the user on all courses in the session (if a user has several attempts on a course, only the duration of the last attempt is computed);
  • Expected duration: duration defined in the session’s parameters;
  • Skills: list of Skills added in the session’s parameters;
  • Additional program information: description added in the program template’s settings;
  • Additional session information: description added in the program session’s settings;
  • Group (name of the group, one column per group): indicates with an "x" that the group is assigned to the session and that the user belongs to the group (if the session is not assigned to any group, or that the filtering on groups and users does not meet both previous conditions, all groups are displayed, without "x"). The user exporting the file must have Coach or Administrator permissions for the groups to be displayed (a platform Admin may see all groups).
  • Block title 1: name of the first course of the session (displayed if at least one Learner started the course);
  • Block score 1: score of the user on the first course of the session (displayed if at least one Learner started the course);
  • Block time 1: time spent by the user on the first course of the session (displayed if at least one Learner started the course);
  • Block title/score/time X: identical to the previous three columns, for the next courses (the number of blocks corresponds to the completion rate of the Learner that is most advanced in the session).
