Edit or reset a user’s password

Administrators can edit and reset a user’s password.

Edit a user’s password

  1. On the bottom right, click +>USER
  2. In the left sidebar, click Active members
  3. Click on a user
  4. On the right of the email, click Edit the user’s password
  5. In Your current password, enter your administrator password
  6. In New password for USER, enter the new password for the user (« USER » is replaced by the name of the user)
  7. In Confirm new password, enter the new password again
  8. On the bottom right, click SAVE

Reset a user’s password

  1. On the bottom right, click +>USER
  2. In the left sidebar, click Active members
  3. Click on a user
  4. On the top right, click Forgotten password (icon of a lock with a round arrow)

This will send a password reset notification to the user.
