Connection problems: whitelist 360Learning

To ensure notification emails from the platform are properly received, and pages properly displayed, contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist the following elements.

You should whitelist only if you have problems.


Whitelist in the from field (not the smtp server address field):

  • in the mail client settings;
  • in the mail server settings;
  • in the anti-spam software settings.

If you cannot filter on the from field, you can whitelist the following IP addresses:
