Add a program template to the Library

Adding a program template to the Library of a group allows Coaches of this group to create sessions from those program templates.

You can also add a session to the Catalog of a group.

Add a program template to the Library of several groups

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. On the right of the name of a program template, click Edit (pen icon)
  4. Below the list of skills, click Advanced options
  5. On the right of the line Coach's library, click +
  6. Select the groups
  7. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM

Add several program templates to the Library of a group

  1. In the left sidebar, click on a group, then Settings
  2. Click the section COURSES & PROGRAMS
  3. On the left, click Library > Programs
  4. On the top right, click +
  5. Check the program templates
  6. On the bottom right, click CONFIRM

The column Sessions displays the number of sessions (in progress, or finished) that are currently assigned to the group.
