Adding a program template to the Library of a group allows Coaches of this group to create sessions from those program templates.
You can also add a session to the Catalog of a group.
Add a program template to the Library of several groups
- At the top of the home page, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES.
- On the right of the name of the program template, click
Edit.
- Below the list of skills, click Advanced options.
- On the right of the line Coach's library, click +.
- Select the groups.
- On the bottom right, click CONFIRM.
Add several program templates to the Library of a group
- In the left sidebar, click on the desired group.
- At the top right, click
Settings.
- Click the section COURSES & PROGRAMS.
- On the left, click Library → Programs.
- On the top right, click +.
- Check the program templates.
- On the bottom right, click CONFIRM.
The column Sessions displays the number of sessions (in progress, or finished) that are currently assigned to the group.
