Admins and managers can see and download the statistics for the skills of their users. Three levels are available:
- Skill libraries: average skill-gap, assessment completion and number of skills per library.
- Skills: average skill-gap, average level and number of experts per skill, for a given skill library.
- Users: current jobs, current level, expected level, status and skill gap per user, for a given skill in a given library.
For all tables, only users visible by the connected user are taken into account in the statistics. If you’re a manager, visible users are the managees. If you’re an admin, visible users are members of your group.
