Access skill history

We’re currently activating skills on a per-platform basis. If you’re a platform admin and would like to use them, contact your Client Success Partner (CSP).

You can see the past events related to a specific skill in the profile of a user.

  • Any user can access the skill history in their profile.
  • Managers can access the skill history of their managees.
  • Admins can access the skill history of the members of their group.
  • Platform admins can access the skill history of all users in the platform.

View the history of a skill

  1. At the top right, click on your profile picture → Skills.
  2. Click on a skill.
  3. In the right side panel, scroll down and click on the section History.

The History section will display the following events:

  • Who added the skill, and when.
  • Who removed the skill, and when (if the skill was later added again).
  • When the user self-assessed the skill.
  • When the admin or the manager validated (or changed) the assessment.
