Core product updates

New option for automatic re-enrollment

Path editors can now automatically re-enroll learners based on the expiration date of their certificate (if they have one). This enhancement offers greater flexibility to ensure learners maintain up-to-date certifications.

Under the Automatic re-enrollment setting, path editors can now choose between two options:

  • Next certificate expiration date (new): To re-enroll learners a specified number of days before their certificate expires (e.g., 30 days prior).
  • Last completion date of this path (existing): To re-enroll learners based on when they last completed the path session.

AI prompt enhancements featuring a new glossary

In the group settings, we've renamed the "AI Assistance" menu to Prompt Engineering and added a new Glossary section under Company Culture.

Group admins can use the Glossary to add custom keywords, enhancing their prominence in content generation and improving video transcription accuracy.

Searchable video transcripts

Search results now include video transcripts, meaning that both video titles and content are indexed for a more comprehensive search experience.

Other core product updates

  • ⏳ We've increased the activity suspension delay to 30 minutes (up from 15 minutes). See this article for a reminder of this remarkable mechanic.
  • 🔍 The See all button, previously visible only on hover in certain sections of the home and group pages, is now always displayed and accessible via keyboard (Tab + Enter), allowing easy access to the full list of items in those sections.

Skills updates

Enhanced skills management

  • 🗑️ Admins can now delete qualifiers without needing to contact their Customer Success Partner (CSP).
  • ⚙️ Admins can now trigger AI skill detection from a job page and apply skills if no results are found.
  • 🎯 Users can now see the expected skill level required for their job while assessing their skills

API updates

New behavior for API-imported courses from selected external platforms

By default, when an external course imported via the POST importExternalCourses API is launched from the 360Learning web app, it is automatically marked as completed with 0% progress recorded.

We've added exceptions to this behavior. Now, if the externalPlatform path variable is set to Cornerstone, GoFluent, SAP SuccessFactors LXP, Workday, or 360Learning Bridge, the attempt will remain open, the course will stay "in progress" after launch, and the learner's progress will start at 1%.

This change provides a more accurate reflection of learners' progress from the moment they begin a course.
