Track path certificates statistics

Who can use this feature?

  • Platform administrators can view the statistics for all the path certificates.
  • Group administrators and coaches can view the statistics for all the path certificates for their groups and subgroups.
  • Instructors and authors of a path can view the statistics of the associated path certificates.

Accessible only on the Web Application.

View the statistics for multiple path certificates

  1. At the top of the homepage, click chevronRight.svg→ Certificates.
  2. Optional: In Path Certificates, click slider.svg Filter to filter the list of path certificates by the learner's registration date, groups, and custom fields.

When you filter the path certificates statistics by group, the certificates list only shows the certificates that are relevant to the learners from the selected group:

  • The certificates granted to at least one learner from the selected group.
  • The certificates of paths where at least one learner of the selected group has enrolled.

The Path Certificates section displays a table with one line per path certificate.

Columns Description
Title Name of the certificate.
Owner Group Name of the group that owns the certificate.
Validity period Period of time during which a certificate is valid, in months.
Certified learners

Number of learners who have obtained the certificate, irrespective of its validity (valid or expired) or the status of the sessions that granted the certificate (ongoing, not started, closed, or archived).

Active enrolled learners

Number of learners currently enrolled in a path session that grants a certificate, including those in ongoing, not yet started, and closed sessions.

Note: Deleted learners and those enrolled in archived sessions are excluded.

Associated paths

Number of paths granting the certificate. 

Click on the number to view the names of the associated paths.

Download the statistics for multiple path certificates

  1. At the top of the homepage, click chevronRight.svgβ†’ Certificates.
  2. Optional: In Path Certificates, click slider.svg Filter to filter the list of path certificates by the learner's registration date, groups, and custom fields.
  3. At the top right of the Path Certificates section, click DOWNLOADβ†’ Download list as .csv.

  • The certificates granted to at least one learner from the selected group.
  • The certificates of paths where at least one learner of the selected group has enrolled.

The downloaded CSV file shows one row per certificate.

Columns Description
Title Name of the certificate.
Owner Group Name of the group that owns the certificate.
Validity period Period of time during which a certificate is valid, in months.
Certified learners

Number of learners who have obtained the certificate, irrespective of its validity (valid or expired) or the status of the sessions that granted the certificate (ongoing, not started, closed, or archived).

Download multiple path certificates granted to learners

  1. At the top of the homepage, click chevronRight.svg→ Certificates.
  2. Optional: In Path Certificates, click slider.svg Filter to filter the list of path certificates by registration date, groups, and custom fields.
  3. At the top right of the Path Certificates section, click DOWNLOAD β†’ Download certificates as .zip to download a ZIP file with the path certificates granted to learners in PDF format.

When you filter the path certificates statistics by group, the certificates list only shows the certificates that are relevant to the learners from the selected group:

  • The certificates granted to at least one learner from the selected group.
  • The certificates of paths where at least one learner of the selected group has enrolled.

View the statistics for a specific path certificate

  1. At the top of the homepage, click chevronRight.svg→ Certificates.
  2. Optional: In Path Certificates, click slider.svg Filter to filter the list of path certificates by the learner's registration date, groups, and custom fields.
  3. Click on a specific path certificate.

The statistics for a specific path certificate include:

  • One row per learner assigned to the paths that grant the certificate.
  • One row per learner having self-enrolled and started the paths that grant the certificate.
Columns Description
Learner Name of the learner.
Email Email address of the learner.
Status
  • Valid: The certificate has been obtained and is still valid.
  • Expiring soon: The certificate has been obtained but will expire within the next 30 days.
  • Expired: The certificate has been obtained but has already expired.
  • Not obtained: The certificate has not been obtained yet.
Path name Name of the path associated with the certificate.
Delivery date Date on which the certificate was granted. 
The delivery date remains empty if the learner has not obtained the certificate yet.
Expiration date

Date on which the certificate expires.
The expiration date remains empty if the certificate has no validity period.

Download the statistics for a specific path certificate
