Getting started with the 360Learning Chrome extension

The 360Learning Chrome Extension helps you learn in the flow of work by recommending courses about items you search for in Google directly in your search result list.

Download and Install the 360Learning Chrome extension

  1. Using your Chrome browser, go to the Chrome Web Store.
  2. At the top right, click Add to Chrome.
  3. When prompted, click Add extension. The extension appears in the top right corner of your browser.

The extension is installed. You can now configure it.

Configure the 360Learning Chrome extension

  1. Log in to your 360Learning platform.
  2. In the top right corner of your browser, click the 360Learning extension.
  3. In the field, enter the URL of your 360Learning platform.
    • For example: https://example.360learning.com
  4. Click ACTIVATE.
  5. When starting the extension for the first time, grant the extension required permissions.
  6. Click the 360Learning extension again to check whether you are logged in.

When searching for content on Google, you will automatically get course recommendations from your 360Learning platform.

Configure another platform in the 360Learning Chrome extension

If you want to get recommendations from another 360Learning platform than the one you previously logged in to, you need to configure another platform in the extension.

  1. Log in to your 360Learning platform.
  2. In the top right corner of your browser, click the 360Learning extension.
  3. Click EDIT.
  4. Enter the URL of the new platform.
  5. Click ACTIVATE.
  6. Click the 360Learning extension again to check that you are logged in.

When searching for content on Google, you will get course recommendations from the 360Learning platform you just configured.
