Cancel your subscription (for 360Learning Starter accounts)

Cancel your subscription (360Learning Starter Accounts)

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Hover over your profile photo
  2. Go to My Workspace > Settings
  3. Access the Billing menu
  4. Click on Cancel My Subscription

 

Canceling your subscription will disable your platform and stop your billing.

Delete your account

To delete your account:

  1. Hover over your profile photo
  2. Click on My settings
  3. Go to the bottom of the page and click on Permanently delete your entire account?  

Please note: 

  • Deleting your account will erase your data permanently. 
  • If you're a Starter Client, we would suggest canceling your subscription first, which will allow you to retrieve your data (just in case!).
