When creating your training program, you can integrate emails which will be sent from the platform:

To create an email, go to the program editor (or the program Settings)
The, click on sur Email button to integrate an email block into the program.
Please note: if the program is over (a trainee has already completed the courses, or the session dates have expired), you will not be able to edit the program nor add any other element.
Once the block has been integrated, you will have to setup:
- Sending date (fixed or automatic, once the previous course has been completed)
- Attachment (optional)
On the chose date, trainees will receive an email:
