Automatic emails

You can integrate emails which will be sent from the platform.

1 - How to integrate an email into your template

To create an email, go to the template editor or directly in the program settings.

The, click on sur Email button to integrate an email block into the template:

2 - How to set up an email in your template

Once the block has been integrated, you will have to set up a few elements. Hover over the interactive image below for more information!

 

When will the message be sent? You have 2 options when it comes to sending a message:

  • If you have chosen a sending date: the email will be sent at the chosen moment
  • If you haven't chosen a sending date: the email will be sent when the learner completes the previous course
