Add an Email block to a program

Email blocks are used to send automatic emails to Learners once they reach a certain point in the program.

Remember that adding a block to an existing program template will not update the existing sessions. See Edit a program template.

Add an Email block

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template
  4. On the bottom, click Email
  5. In Subject, enter the subject of the email
  6. In Message, enter the contents of the email
  7. Click Attachments to add documents to the email (max: 10 Mo)

The email will be automatically sent to the Learner when they finish the previous block.

Change the sending date of an Email block

By default, the Email block sends an email as soon as the Learner finishes the previous block. You can choose a specific date and hour instead.

This change will apply to new sessions only.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template with an Email block
  4. Uncheck Automatic sending

When creating a session, you will now have to choose a Sending date before publishing the session.
