Add an Email block to a program

Use email blocks to send automatic emails to Learners when they reach a certain point in the program.

NOTE: Adding a block to an existing program template does not update existing program sessions. See Edit a program template.

Add an Email block

NOTE: 10MB is the max email size. This includes the subject, message, and attachments.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template
  4. On the bottom, click Email
  5. In Subject, enter the subject of the email
  6. In Message, enter the contents of the email
  7. Click Attachments to add documents to the email

The email will be automatically sent to the Learner when they finish the previous block.

Change the sending date of an Email block

By default, the Email block sends an email as soon as the Learner finishes the previous block. You can choose a specific date and hour instead.

This change will apply to new sessions only.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template with an Email block
  4. Uncheck Automatic sending

When creating a session, you will now have to choose a Sending date before publishing the session.
