Integrating a face to face session into a program

When creating your training program, you have the option of integrating a section with information on an attended class:

2 - Trainee notifications

 

1 – Add an attended class to your program

In the course editing menu, navigate to the bottom of the page and click on the Face to face section:

Once the section has been added, you can include details for the attended class:

  • Title
  • Start and end dates
  • Time (use the sliders to set the time)
  • Address (will be visible in the Google Maps icon)
  • Training team that will run the attended class
  • Description and attachments

 

2 – Trainee notifications

Learners will be notified by email 24 hours before the attended class starts:

By clicking on the corresponding attended class block, learners can add the event to their calendar and consult the itinerary:

Please note: an attended class is an integral part of a program. Trainees will not be able to continue with the program until the session is completed.
