Edit a program template

You can edit the settings and blocks of a program template.

Except for adding skills, changes on the program template are not applied to existing sessions. They will only be visible on sessions created after the action.

Edit the general settings of a program template

You can edit the title, cover picture, presentation video, description, estimated duration (total and weekly), and skills of a program template.

We recommend a size of 1440x480 for the cover picture.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template
  4. Click on the field
  5. Change the value
  6. Click outside the field

Add a block to a program template

The new block will be visible in sessions created after the addition of the block. Existing sessions will not be changed.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template
  4. On the bottom, in the section Add blocks to the program, click on a block (course, Classroom, Email, Assessment, or Certificate)

Remove a block from a program template

The block will be removed in sessions created after the removal. Existing sessions will not be changed.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template
  4. On the top right of a block, click Delete (bin icon)

Reorder blocks in a program template

  1. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click PROGRAM TEMPLATES
  3. Click on a program template
  4. Drag & drop blocks by clicking on the right of the block
