1 – Complete list of notifications generated by the platform

A – I’m the Owner/Administrator

  • Workspace Administration
    • Reminder of automatic member deactivation (24 hours before deactivation)
    • Weekly e-learning activity report
    • Program completed: activity report available
    • Member has joined the e-learning platform
  • Public Channel
    • Request for information on the Public Channel
    • New registration request on the Public Channel

B – I’m the course Author/Co-Author

  • A new document is ready to be used for the course
  • Invitation to be a course Co-Author
  • Trainee comments/likes a course that I’ve created

C – I’m the program Tutor

Program progress updates 

    • Member has started a course that I’m the Reference Point for
    • Member has continued a course that I’m the Reference Point for
    • Member has completed a course that I’m the Reference Point for
  • Correction and validation
    • You have a new open question to correct
    • A member has reached a step in the program that needs your validation
  • Social activity
    • A comment was posted (on a document / outline / question) on a program that I’m the Reference Point for
    • A member liked a document
    • A member liked a comment

D – I’m the Group Coach

  • A trainee posted a message on the group wall that I’m a Group Trainer for
  • A trainee posted a document on the group wall that I’m a Group Trainer for

E - I’m the Manager of a Trainee

  • I need to confirm the validation step of a trainee that I manage
  • A trainee that I manage has completed a program

F – I’m a Trainee

  • Invitation and training program
    • Invitation to join the platform
    • Program registration
    • Invitation reminder after 7 days (if the invitation hasn’t been accepted)
    • Invitation reminder after 14 days (if the invitation hasn’t been accepted)
    • Your weekly activity report (if you’ve completed a program the previous week or if a program ends this week) 
    • New program available
    • Reminder: you have a program to complete (24 hours before program end date)
    • Reminder: webinar (1 hour before)
    • Reminder: webinar about to begin
    • Reminder: attended class (24 hours before)
    • Certificate received
  • Correction and validation
    • An open question has been corrected, you can continue your program
    • A validation step has been accepted
  • Social activity
    • A message has been posted on my homepage
    • A message has been posted on my group wall
    • A learner liked my comment
    • A comment was published on content that I liked

 

2 – Tips for managing your notifications

You don’t want to receive messages from the platform? Zero email policy at your company? No worries, you can configure your platform notification settings.

A - Disable specific notifications (recommended)

You can configure the notifications that you want to receive from the platform.  

For each role, here’s the list of notifications that can be unselected from Settings (and members) > My Notifications menu

  • I’m the Owner/Administrator/Trainer/Reference Point
    • A member comments on my training content or one of my messages
    • A member likes one of my publications
    • A new document is ready to be used
    • Weekly Report: if you’ve completed at least one program the previous week or if a program ends during the coming week.
    • A trainer posts a message on the homepage, group page or program page
    • A trainee posts a message on the homepage, group page or program page
    • A comment is posted on content I’ve liked
    • A response is posted on a discussion I’m following
    • A new member has joined the training platform
    • A member has started a program that I assigned to them
    • A member has continued a program that I assigned to them
    • A member has finished a program that I assigned to them
    • A member comments on a program that I’m the Reference Point for
  • I’m a Trainee
    • A member comments on my training content or one of my messages
    • A member likes one of my publications
    • A new document is ready to be used
    • Weekly Report: if you’ve completed at least one program the previous week or if a program ends during the coming week.
    • A trainer posts a message on the homepage, group page or program page
    • A trainee posts a message on the homepage, group page or program page
    • A comment is posted on content I’ve liked
    • A response is posted on a discussion I’m following

B – Disable all notifications (not recommended)

It is possible to disable all notifications. This should be used only as a last resort!

  • Hover over your profile picture and click on My Settings
  • Click on My Notifications
  • Uncheck the general option My Notifications

📨 An email didn’t arrived or isn’t displaying correctly?

  • First, verify that the message isn’t in your Spam folder.
  • If you’re logged in from your work computer, please contact your IT department to see if any software is blocking emails from the platform email address no-reply@360learning.com
