Email notifications

If you don’t receive important platform notifications (for instance: session invitations), check that your email notifications are enabled in your profile.

  1. At the top right of the homepage, click on your profile picture, then Personal settings.
  2. On the top right, click NOTIFICATIONS.
  3. Enable the first option: Enable email notifications.
