If you don’t receive important platform notifications (for instance: session invitations), check that your email notifications are enabled in your profile.
- At the top right of the homepage, click on your profile picture, then
Personal settings
. - On the top right, click
NOTIFICATIONS
. - Enable the first option:
Enable email notifications
.

Update email notifications
- From any page on the platform, click your user icon.
- Select
Personal settings
. - Go to the
Notifications
tab. - Expand the notification type.
- Toggle the notification on or off.
The email notifications also have options in the footer to unsubscribe from similar notifications or unsubscribe from all notifications (this does not include mandatory platform notifications).
