Email notifications

If you don’t receive important platform notifications (for instance: session invitations), check that your email notifications are enabled in your profile.

  1. At the top right of the platform homepage, click ... → Personal settings.
  2. On the top right, click NOTIFICATIONS.
  3. Enable the first option: Enable email notifications.
