From the login page
If you cannot connect to the platform:
- Connect to https://app.360learning.com/
- Below the login form, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address, then click Reset password
If you get the message "THIS ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST OR WAS DISABLED", contact your platform administrator, and ask to be invited again.
From your personal settings
- Hover over your profile pic at the top right, and select Personal settings
- On the left, below your email address, click Change my password
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Click Save
