Is it just us, or are days starting to feel incredibly shorter? Do you feel a sore throat coming on? 🤒
360Learning is fighting off the autumn blues by supercharging this month’s release with invigorating platform goodies. Ginger shots, anyone?
Please note: due to the update, the platform will be unavailable for a few minutes tomorrow around 6 AM EST.
Autumn clear-out 🍂
A few weeks ago, we introduced Main Skills as a prelude to a major keywords makeover.
Starting tomorrow, your Topics will automatically transform into Main Skills. This will not impact your content display in any way. For instance, your catalog will still filter your training programs into categories.
Put simply, “Topics” are now labeled “Main Skills”. What’s in for you: a single toolkit to both tag your content and filter your Learners’ statistics.
Single-Select Questions 🎯
Following your feedback, we’re happy to report that Single-Select Questions will be available tomorrow.
With this question format, Learners will only have to select one answer. Here’s to improving clarity and focus! 🎉
Catalog & Chill 📺
We don’t know about you, but fall weather is making us feel like crawling back into bed and indulge in a major series marathon.
If you’re like us, we’ve got news for you: the Resume section of the catalog now features all the courses you’ve started to watch but never completed.
Granted, this doesn’t feel as good as watching an exclusive episode of your favorite TV show. But still, it’s a great way to motivate your Learners into exploring your training content!
Calendar horror stories 👻
Halloween season is here and has us in the mood for a good scare.
Imagine you’re coming into the office, only to find out that’s it completely empty (like, Shining-style empty). Where is everyone ?! 😰
Meanwhile, your team is off to a live session because they actually remembered they had a face to face meeting as part of their training program.
All of this to say that you will be able to import face to face training blocks into your online calendar starting tomorrow!
Forum Improvements 💬
Speaking of horror stories, have you ever tried attaching a document when answering a comment in the forum? (insert creepy background music here).
Fear no more! Starting tomorrow, you will be able to upload attachments when commenting on a message in the forum.
This doesn’t look like much, but we hope it will bring even more insightful, valuable comments into the discussion!
